Integrated multi-function products are modular and consistent in features, capabilities and specifications across the range of models. Using this product family helps users adapt to changing requirements because options can be added and models can be switched with minimal investment in learning, design, documentation, startup, commissioning and training. .
EZ-ZONE® controllers allow control loops and limits to be added in single increments as well as a variety of power switching options. They also allow for easy transfer of wiring from one product to another (consistent termination labeling)

TEMPERATURE PROCESS CONTROLLERS
Watlow's temperature and process controllers offer easy-to-use, accurate and reliable solutions for applications requiring single and multiple loops of control.
Temperature and process controllers include one or more sensor inputs with open-loop break detection and multiple outputs for control and alarms. Various configurations offer auxiliary analog inputs, automatic tuning, TRU-TUNE®+ adaptive control, and ramp and soak profiling.
EZ-ZONE controllers offer additional features and options including application blocks with timers and counters, on-board data logging, SENSOR GUARD backup to protect loads should a sensor fail, AUTO CLONE™ automatic configuration backup and restore, standard bus communications, wide ambient-temperature operating range, Class I, div 2 rating, SD card expandable memory, USB connectivity and free configuration software.
LIMITS AND SCANNERS
Watlow single- and multi-loop limits provide cost-effective solutions for single- and multi-channel, temperature monitoring. Limits monitor the process value where thermal system protection is needed, closing a contact output for normal operation and opening that contact to shut down the process or equipment when the value is outside the safe range.
Various configurations offer user-selectable or fixed-configuration sensor options including thermocouple, process, RTD and thermal switch inputs as well as user-settable or fixed limit values. Models with displays have user-selectable temperature units
POWER SWITCHING CONTROLLERS
Power switching devices provide convenient DIN-rail mount packages and are a good replacement for mercury displacement relays. Various configurations offer short circuit current ratings (SCCR) of 200,000 amperes, extensive system and heater diagnostic capabilities, heater bake out, integrated heat sinks, on-board fuses, RoHS compliance and serial communications.
It offers an integrated temperature and process controller with optional over- and under-temperature limit and safety shutdown contactor.

INDICATORS
indicators are ideal for displaying measurements of temperature and other process variables such as flow, pressure and relative humidity. They are moisture resistant and include bright, four-character LED displays, user-selectable temperature units, sensor break protection, agency approvals including UL®, CE, RoHS compliance and multiple mounting options such as DIN-rail or panel mount configurations.
